Rectangle Slate Cheese Board with Chilkat design.

Made from recycled glass, the chikat collection is a collaborative effort between Canadian aboriginal artist Corrine Hunt and Canadian designer/manufacturer of fine gifts, BOMA MFG. The master artwork was created by Corrine Hunt and each piece in the collection bears a section of this fine design. This cheese board features realistic edge and texture from a hand chiseled slate rock.

Born in Alert Bay, BC in 1939, Corrine Hunt has been creating contemporary art that reflects the themes and traditions of her First Nations Kwakiutl and Tlingit heritage for more than 25 years.
