Shipping and Handling

Canada Post shipping for online orders has resumed.

  • Local deliveries: Please expect an additional 2–3 business days for arrival.
  • Beyond local regions deliveries: Please expect up to an additional 10 business days for arrival.

If your order is urgent, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist you. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work to deliver your orders as quickly as possible.

Normally our packages are sent Monday through Friday via the Canada Postal Service / UPS. Standard delivery normally takes 2-7 business days in Canada, or  3 to 9 business days to US. There are more shipping options available to choose at checkout.

Shipping rate will be calculated actually at checkout from the discounted Canada Postal rate.
